"Sending my 7-year-old daughter to Janus College and Preparatory and Arts Academies has proven to be one of the best decisions in our lives. Through their Liberal Arts Program, she learned how to speak eloquently, to deliver monologues believably, to dance beautifully, and even began to learn to read music.

As a result, my Terynn Erby-Walker consistently won Milwaukee’s Dr. Martin Luther King Speech Contest from grades 1 – 8. She has been cast in professional plays at First Stage, The Milwaukee Repertory Theater, and Skylight Music Theatre. Terynn is now

21 years old, majoring in Musical Theater at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland where she received a full scholarship. She received similar scholarship offers from several different institutions, and I am convinced that her success is largely due to all she learned while she was a student at JCPAA.

JCPAA provides formal training through a loving environment. Though the instructors maintain grand expectations, they are encouraging and “cheerleaders” for their students. The nurturing atmosphere helped my daughter and her peers become confident in their skills and ensured they developed positive, strong characters. Janus Liberal Arts High School is built on the same principles as JCPAA. Any student who enters that institution is certain to develop into the absolute best versions of themselves."
