ADMISSIONS PROCESS

 

In order for your application to be considered complete, JLA must receive the following documents.

​

YOU MAY SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS or The Admissions team at JLA will reach out to your student's current school to retrieve these documents:
• Final 8th-grade report card/transcript 
• High School transcript 
• Most recent standardized test scores (ACT, ASPIRE, STAR, MAP, etc..) 
• Current attendance record 
• Behavioral report 
 
If you prefer to request these documents yourself, you can submit them to our Admissions team by one of these two options:

Every student enrolling in JLA is required to fill out a "Student Entrance Questionnaire" (bottom of page).​

Fine and Performing Arts At JLA:

​Students that have a passion, talent, and strong desire to technically train in the Fine Arts may take advantage of our Fine Arts After School Intensive Training Program.  Students will be required to audition in their area of interest. This light audition is an opportunity for students to show their artistic talent, to greater understand the programs offered at JLA, and to get placed at the correct level for their skills.  Students are eligible to receive elective credit(s) for Fine Arts classes as these classes are connected to the Janus Liberal Arts High School Curriculum.
